600km Twisteden

3 kilo lighter I arrived at the finish..but at least I finished my 600k certificate. The heat wave was too much for my stomach, I could not drive on Saturday night, but after a good night’s sleep jumped back on the bike. The only thing I could eat on Sunday was 2 soup, 2 milkshakes and some cocktail nuts. After 770km and finally home again, I had a good meal!

400km Merselo

This friday I made my first ‘all night ride.
awesome! With the fastest guys we had the road to ourselves and we raced through Germany to see the sun coming up. At night we were warmly welcomed by a German family in the Eiffel who stayed up all night to provide the riders tasty stuff.
